Upon receipt of your order, the respective license file will be immediately added to your account within the dbextensionkit.com website interface in accordance with the applicable terms.
In case of single site license, the license file will be valid on the domain provided at the time of purchase.
You will be able to download and install the provided license file following the installation guide. After the installation of the license file you will be able to use use the following premium features of DataBase Extension Kit package:
- You will be able to create and manage data for an unlimited number of database entities. You will also be able to use all additional functional features available in the DataBase Extension Kit as described in product documentation. The availability of premium features is not time limited.
- You will be able to download and install all Database Extension Kit updates for the time period of 12 months following your license purchase.
- You will be eligible for our Enterprise-grade support on our support portal for the time period of 12 months following your license purchase.
In case that the newly purchased license file is not added to your account and/or you are not able to download it from our website – dbextensionkit.com, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received and delivered to you.
